  1. Damaged or Misprinted Products: If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately. We will initiate the refund process without any questions asked. We aim to provide an instant refund for all such cases to ensure our customers' satisfaction.

  2. Conditions for Refund:

    • The damaged or misprinted product must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
    • The product must be in its original packaging.
    • We only accept the original packaging as proof of damage or misprint.

    If the product is not returned in its original packaging, or if it has been used or damaged by the customer, we may not be able to provide a full refund.

  3. Print-on-Demand Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock. Each piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer.

  4. Cancellation Policy: We regret to inform you that once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests.
